Warranty**

We want you to enjoy your new purchase worry-free. That’s why THE WATCH LOUNGE, LLC warrants your timepiece for a period of 15-months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions set out in the limited warranty. The limited warranty covers material defects and manufacturing faults related to the watch movement only and does not apply to any part of the watch not expressly warranted, nor does it cover damage or defect caused by abnormal or unreasonable use, including scratches, dings, dents, or as a result of any repairs or servicing to the watch provided by any organization other than THE WATCH LOUNGE, LLC.

The limited warranty is non-transferable.

In case of defect covered by this warranty, your watch will, at the sole option of THE WATCH LOUNGE, LLC, be repaired or replaced free of charge. This limited warranty becomes void in the event any person not duly authorized by THE WATCH LOUNGE, LLC attempts to repair the claimed defect.

THE WATCH LOUNGE LLC is neither affiliated with nor a factory authorized dealer or repair center for any watch it sells. The manufacturer's warranty no longer attaches and THE WATCH LOUNGE LLC is the sole warrantor of the watches sold. All watches and watch items sold are previously purchased, pre-owned and/or used even if they appear unused or new. We are not an official dealer for the products we sell and have no affiliation with the manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
