How do I know the watch is genuine?
All watches sold by THE WATCH LOUNGE, LLC come with a Certificate of Authenticity and a 15-month Limited Warranty.
Each timepiece is closely inspected inside and out, under high magnification, by our experts, who are trained to spot any indication that a watch might be fake, and when the information is available, we will also cross-reference our watches against official brand records.

Can I part exchange a watch?
You can use your current watch to exchange or upgrade to another timepiece quickly, simply and in one transaction. Part exchanging with The Watch Lounge removes the uncertainty between selling and buying altogether, making the purchase that much more enjoyable.
What happens if my watch develops a fault?
Every watch we sell comes with a limited 15-month warranty. If your watch develops a fault and is still covered by warranty, you can return it to us to be diagnosed by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the fault is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired free of charge. Warranty diagnosis takes 5 working days, with the repair time quoted once the diagnosis has been made. If the fault is not covered by the warranty, we will provide you with an obligation-free quote for the cost of repair, along with the expected repair time.
When will my watch ship?
Orders are guaranteed to ship within three business days following approval by our fraud detection system.
Is my watch insured in transit and do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, all watches are insured against accidental damage or theft while in transit to your shipping address. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we only offer shipping within the Continental United States. This may change in the future, so please check back regularly for updates.
In what states do you collect sales tax?
We are required to collect state sales tax for all orders that are shipped to the following states:
- District of Colombia
- New Jersey
- New York
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
Please note that these shipments may also be subject to appropriate county tax depending on where within the state the shipment is being sent.
What is your returns policy?
For complete confidence when purchasing with us, we give you 7 days from the date of receipt to return a watch you aren't happy with for a full refund. All watches must be returned in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased. To be eligible, returns must be initiated within the 7-day return period and shipped promptly thereafter.
To initiate a return, simply email email@example.com and we will provide instructions. Upon receiving the watch, we will complete a full inspection and process your refund within 5 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In the unlikely event you need to change or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Orders placed Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. EST to 5:00 P.M. EST may be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of order placement (where possible). Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, however. Orders that are shipped before a cancellation has been confirmed can be returned in accordance with the guidelines set out in our return policy.
