Every watch on our site is in stock and generally ships out within one (1) business day of receipt of your order and verification ( settlement ) from our bank/ credit card company.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free, expedited shipping on all purchases. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All watch shipments are shipped via insured overnight service; we do not ship watches on Fridays unless Saturday delivery is requested. Next day shipping is available if your order is placed before 12:30pm EST, or the following business day if after 12:30pm EST, subject to payment clearing and approval by our fraud detection system.

International Shipping

We are pleased to also offer free, expedited shipping to our customers outside the United States. 

The Watch Lounge LLC is required to declare the retail value of the timepiece(s) in the shipment. These shipments are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for any and all of these charges and they will be in addition to the purchase price displayed on our website. Also, in the event there are customs charges assigned to your package, you must pay for any associated import taxes as well, including VAT and duties, required by your country's governmental regulations.

We are also able to only ship to countries approved by our carrier, FedEx. Please see FedEx.com for a list of those countries. 

Failure To Take Delivery

If the watch is returned to us due to your failure to accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, we may (without prejudice to any other right and remedy we may have) do any or all of the following:

 (a) contact you to arrange another delivery of the item;

 (b) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred (including but not limited to such costs incurred in attempting to deliver and returning the item and if applicable, in storing the item and in subsequent deliveries of the item);

 (c) no longer make the item available for delivery and notify you that we are canceling your order with immediate effect, in which case we will provide a refund of your purchase less any reasonable fees and costs referred to in sub-paragraph (b) above.
